So as of now, Summer training has begun. So far I have been able to get several good road rides in. But this past week it has taken a drastic turn in the weather pattern and today I woke up to about 3 inches of snow on the ground and 30 degree temps. For training during this time of the year, it is mostly very easy with 1-2 intensity workouts a week. Also this is a important time to get into the gym and do the early weights to build the base for the summer!!!.
